Get your Underwear on for the Moonwalk

24/02/2010

The Moonwalk – a night time charity walk in the name of Breast Cancer Awareness and Research – is taking places in two places this year. The first is in Hyde Park, London on the 15th May and the second is in Inverleith Park, Edinburgh on the 19th June. The event has garnered outstanding reception since its inception and continues to prove popular. The London event this year alone has already raised over £100,000.

Treadmills & Cross Trainers

On top of all of the money and awareness raised, the walks have inspired many to engage in healthy living training programmes, subsequently losing weight and becoming fitter. The fact that the walk is intended to be a power-walked marathon means that it is an excellent opportunity to set a goal and challenge yourself to reach your limits. Connection Fitness can also help you along the way with the wide range of user-friendly Treadmills, Cross Trainers and Exercise Equipment we stock.
