If you change your mind or want a different product, give us a call or e-mail, fill in a very short return form and the item will be collected from your home.

Please make sure you have the original box, as all items will need to be placed back in the original packaging, as best as possible. The closer you can get the product to its original received condition, the more likely we will be able to offer a credit / refund without reductions. (see full terms & conditions for details).

You will then be credited for the return based on the condition of the item once returned, as well as how long the item has been assembled for use and is in your possession, less a standard collection charge.
