Free 90 Day Returns – No Risk – Buy with Confidence

We try and make our returns policy as simple as possible. If you buy something, use it and don’t like it, ask for a return within 90 days of delivery and we’ll collect it free of charge and issue you with a credit note. Alternatively if you don’t assemble or use the product we’ll give you a full refund.

This returns policy gives you a good amount of time to try out your equipment and means you won’t be stuck with it if you don’t like the product. Buying over the internet can be difficult and many companies won’t accept any form of return once an item has been assembled. With Connection Fitness we let you try it out for 90 days and even collect it free of charge for mainland UK customers!

Once an item has been used and/or assembled we will issue a credit note, this will be for 100% of the price of the item you paid and we will do our best to help you choose an alternative product that might better suit your requirements as well as helping you out on the price wherever we can.

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights or distance selling regulations 2000. The returns policy is purely an extension of both.

Exclusions to this policy do apply, mainly based on specific installation products and offshore locations. The main exclusions are: All Multi Gyms, Products that have been Delivered and Installed by the manufacturer, Supplements & All Other Perishable Goods.

All Excluded Items come under our "90 Day Exclusion Returns Policy" For further information on this policy; please see the relevant section of our Terms & Conditions. Please also ensure you keep all the original packaging as we need this back to accept the return.
