Q1What are methods of payment?

We will accept most Credit/Debit Cards, either securely online, over the phone, by fax or mail. If you wish to pay by cheque, bank transfer or another method please contact us first and we can arrange an order form.

Q2I have chosen one of your Extra Delivery services, what happens next?

Any deliveries that are not next day we will call you beforehand to arrange a convenient date.

For example if you chose the Evening Delivery service we will call you after the order is placed to arrange a convenient evening for delivery.

Please note: It might take a few days before the product is ready for delivery, so on items that aren’t available for ‘next day’, we will always telephone or e-mail beforehand to confirm a convenient delivery date and option for you.

Q3How do I order online?

We have designed the site to make it easy to order online. You can choose the products you want to purchase by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button next to the chosen item. Products that are in your basket will be shown in the top right of the website. When you are happy with your selection you can click on the proceed to checkout button.

Q4How do I know it is safe to shop online with you?

When you reach the point at which sensitive information needs to be passed to us, you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser window advising you that you are entering a secure area. All sensitive information is encrypted on a 128bit Secure Socket Layer Server. We guarantee that our site is 100% secure. However, if you would still like to place an order over the phone that’s not a problem! You can call us between 9 and 4 on 0845 222 26 28 or fax the order to 0870 199 2607.

Q5How will I know my order has been received?

You will automatically be sent a confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order; we will also telephone or e-mail you prior to an order being dispatched to confirm the delivery date.

Q6What do I do if I find the same offering for cheaper elsewhere?

Give us a call and we will usually beat or match the price depending on the type of Fitness Equipment. In addition to this we’ll most likely be able to offer extra delivery services at no cost to you, such as on a weekend or evening, or if it’s a large item we can arrange for a free delivery and installation.

Q8What sort of guarantee do you offer?

All items have a minimum of a 1 year warranty. However, many of our products have free onsite warranties which give you extra peace of mind at no extra cost. All the details for the warranty on each item are stated in the product descriptions. If you have any questions regarding a product warranty or support please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q9What happens if I don’t like the product I have ordered?

If you’re not happy with a product you have ordered you can return it for a refund. You will need to contact us first within 7 working days of receiving the product and we will send you the returns information. Please note we will require you to pay the costs of delivery back to us.

Q11Can I track my order?

We will soon be adding an internal courier tracking service to this site. However, at the moment we will e-mail you the tracking details for an order. If you haven’t received the tracking details and would like to be able to trace the order please contact us and we will be happy to help!
