Standard Delivery
Our 'Standard Delivery' is simple and flexible. We will contact you once the order has been placed, usually within a few working hours, to arrange a convenient date and service. The services available will often include One Man Express (Next Day, Before 9am, Before Noon etc) and our Two Man Hassle Free Service.
If standard delivery is displayed and selected during the checkout we will call/e-mail to arrange a date and service.
However, the majority of products will show one or more of the further delivery options below, which allow you to directly select your delivery dates and times at the checkout.

One Man Express
The One Man Express is our fastest and most flexible form of delivery service. When you see this option in the checkout you can select your date from the calendar, which includes Saturdays for no extra charge. Then you can select your time (All Day, Before Noon, Before 10.30am, Before 9am)
On this service it is a One Man delivery only and the driver will often require assistance with the box or it will just be a doorstep delivery as standard. There is also an Express Pallet Delivery service that appears on some larger items, this means the product can be delivered onto a driveway or garage and lowered from the vehicle using a pallet truck and tail lift.
Super Saver Delivery
We also have 'super saver' delivery available on certain products. This means you can take a free delivery service which takes around 7-14 days. However, if you would like it next day the prices start from only £3.95. All the information and prices are also displayed in the checkout.
Example items: Cross Trainers, Small Multi Gyms, Benches and Weights, Small - Medium Treadmills, Exercise Bikes. Also includes accessories and small items which can be delivered on a selected date and time.
Two Man Hassle Free Delivery
The Two Man Hassle Free service means two drivers will arrive on your chosen date and place the item in a room of your choice, access/restrictions permitting. On this service you will receive a timeslot 48 hours before the delivery and can also request a call from the drivers approximately one hour before they arrive.
Example items: Large Treadmills, Cross Trainers and Multi Gym Systems
Offshore / Remote Locations
Deliveries to any offshore or remote locations will usually be surcharged between £10 and £50 depending on the weight. Sometimes this surcharge can increase on heavy items such as Weight Sets. We can specify a date for delivery, but unfortunately we are unable to offer any extra services at the moment. Offshore and Remote locations include, but are not limited to; the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
