The Golds Gym Maxi Rower is an extremely convenient and easy to use rowing machine. It is small enough to fit in any household and is perfect for someone looking for a quick and easy workout. The Maxi Rower gives you a cardio workout that equals running and it's action is similar to real rowing. Ordering from connection fitness was fast efficient and very well priced, top marks connection fitness!!
