PF748 EKG Bike

New on the ProForm range, the PF748 EKG bike is an advanced member of the PF74 range, built in a stylish and steady frame, the PF748 contains a durable 7kg flywheel and 10 digitally controlled resistance levels. The bike itself comes with an adjustable seat and handlebars, to increase the ride comfort, but as a perk of its standing in the PF74 range, the PF748 comes with a Gel Fit cushion seat for that maximum comfort. The console of the bike is a backlit blue windowed LCD screen, which displays speed, time, distance, resistance, pulse and calories. The onboard computer of the Pro-Form bike also has 8 programs installed – 6 smart resistance and time programs, and 2 heart rate control programs to maximise the calories burnt.

The extra features of the PF748 also include the opportunity to add interaction to your workout, as it is compatible with iFit and CD interactive trainer, and a chest pulse monitor as an option, for a more accurate heart rate reading.

I bought this bike back in August last year for considerably more than £199. Its a great bike and good fun to use, you wont get bored and thats the most important thing.
The build quality is good and the assembly is simple and quick. The console is good and has all the info you could want.
I use my bike everyday and the preset programs are great. For this price buy one!

really happy! delivered when requested, no fuss to build (which was one of my concerns). The gel seat is very comfortable and the console is clear. Heart rate programs are very useful and it looks very nice when built also. Used it for around 2-3 weeks now and still as smooth as ever. IDEAL!

I have had the Pro-Form bike for a few months now and can’t describe how impressed I am with it. The build quality is fantastic, the programmes that come with the bike are normally found on much higher end models and the interval training on the bike really gives you a good half hour workout. The bike aside; Connection Fitness also provided a customer service that was second to none
