The interface also holds the key to a massive forty different preset exercise programs, including the popular fitness test and useful heart rate control, to work those cardiovascular target areas. Finally, the console also offers on-screen information including the time, distance, calories burnt and the pulse rate – which is tracked by the functional polar heart rate measurement system.
