The C520 Exercise Bike from York is a feature packed cycle that combines style and technology to give you a great workout. There are 8 levels of smooth electro magnetic resistance to choose from, depending on your ability and targets for that particular day. High resistance is excellent for toning muscle and burning calories whilst a lighter resistance session is great for working your heart and lungs at a steady, enjoyable pace. The adjustable handle bars and gel seat provide extra comfort during long training sessions and the console display keeps you updated throughout the workout. It displays time, speed, distance, calories, pulse, and target heart rate, in addition to this there are 10 preset programs. This means you can vary the resistance and speed throughout the workout to keep each session different and choose a pace which suits you.
