The Utility Bench from York Fitness provides 13 different positions allowing a wide variety of exercises to be performed on one piece of equipment. The backrest moves through decline, flat and incline all the way up to 70 degrees. It is quick and simple to adjust and the deep cushioned upholstery gives superior comfort. The 13 in 1 Bench also folds flat for storage.

Well engineered bench with all the positions you would expect and some like bicep curl and hyper-extension that you might not. The facility to fold it flat will be a real advantage for people with limited space.Great value.
