The C45 Cross Trainer is a front driven cross trainer designed for an especially comfortable smooth exercise because of the horizontal, oval movement. The mechanics are placed at the front of the machine, which makes for a cross-country ski like motion. The C45 is a fully equipped cross trainer coming with a multitude of features and programs. Heart rate can be measured on the hand grip sensors. The electromagnetic brake offers a range of resistance settings to suit your level. Tunturi also make the assurance that all of their cross trainers are completely silent in use making it perfect for the home. The 4-inch graphic monochrome screen provides the user with constant feedback during training on speed, distance covered, time and calorie usage. The RACE feature on the C45 allows you the option of recording your training times and racing against yourself.

The C45 is highly efficient training for upper and lower body muscle groups. With its Silent running mode the C45 is ideal for the family home or home gym.
