The TrimMaster E418 Cross Trainer has the quality and design of a machine you would expect to find in a health club, but this home Elliptical comes at a fraction of the price. The TrimMaster E418 provides a full body movement for the ultimate workout. The smooth elliptical motion reduces the stress on your knees, ankles and back. The TrimMaster E418’s articulating footplate motion follows the natural motion of your stride to provide a smooth, low impact and pleasant training session.

This Cross Trainer has the same features as the Trimline E418 however, it has now been updated and rebranded under the TrimMaster name which will be happening to all of the old Trimline products by 2007.

The TrimMaster E418 has Console Controlled Electro Magnetic resistance with 8 adjustment levels to ensure smooth and silent training. The Console features 12 workout programs which include; Fat Burn, Intervals, Mountain, Valley and Random. The Cross Trainers large, bright and easy to use display keeps you informed of your progress during the workout. It will show the time, speed, distance, RPM, calories burned, watts, heart rate, resistance level and course profile.

We have had this for a year. Once assembled it is an excellent machine, decent stride length, excellent read-out and programme options, easy to use and very sturdy. Buy a mat for it, it feels more steady on the mat. This really is gymn-quality kit if you are serious about using a quality machine it is a no brainer. Assembly makes assembling IKEA furniture look like child's play. Give yourself plenty of space, and plenaty of time...you will need it!
