The XE295 offers you a huge 30lb flywheel, extended 20" stride length and 20 resistance levels so you can enjoy a smooth, natural motion and stay motivated throughout your training, and with the newly introduced Whisper Quiet Magnetic Drive System, your workout should be enjoyable and disturbance free from start to finish. The ultra comfortable oversized pivoting footplates are kind to your joints and help to prevent stress but also have a 3 position adjustment for multiple users so everyone can gain from maximum comfort. The positioning of the footplates is also a key factor when using an elliptical, so the close pedal spacing on the XE295 gives you the most natural feeling elliptical movement.
Stunning Practicality
The console is one of the main features which Spirit have worked hard to improve, therefore you can now see your full training feedback on a large 7" blue backlit LCD. Also featured on the console is a unique muscle activation system, this is a fantastic way to understand which muscle groups are gaining
the most benefit during your workout. The LED lights will activate in
two degrees of engagement: Amber represents medium involvement, and Red,
full or heavy involvement. Also built into the console are cooling fans, Mp3 output and built in speakers, as well as 10 motivational programs to keep your workout fresh and interesting. The programmes include user and heart rate control so you can create your own personalised workout and ensure successful training as the XE295 will adapt the resistance levels to keep you in a safe heart rate training zone. The handlebar mounted controls are also a convenient feature for easy intensity changes.
