I ordered this treadmill on Thursday afternoon at 2.30pm and received a confirmation phone call within two minutes. Kevin, the customer-services representative, couldn't have been more knowledgable or helpful and he even gave me his mobile number so I could call back if I had any problems. The treadmill arrived next morning at 9am and I am delighted with it. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with your company.

Just bought an iRun+ this week and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Very good to run on, folds nicely and the service from Connection Fitness was excellent - ordered one day and I was on it by 9.30am the next! Well done Connection Fitness, I will be back!

I was very pleased with my reebok i-run and impressed with the punctual delivery.
The machine was easy to assemble and was literally up and running in about 10mins!
However, as the machine was in an upstairs room it was considerably noisier than anticipated. I was all set to return it and emailed Connection Fitness with my concerns. I was impressed when i was advised to try a few alternatives to help combat my problem. It was suggested i use the treadmill on the incline and put the machine on the rubber mats (that i could purchase from Connection fitness) to help reduce the noise level. I am pleased to say it certainly helped and the noise is much reduced. So thanks Connection Fitness and hello a fitter trimmer me!

I am happy to report that the i-Run is perfect and we are very pleased, not only with the treadmill but also with your superb service and patience. The smoothness of dealing with everyone there at Connection Fitness has been most welcome and very much appreciated.

Connection Fitness, a company that delivers what it states. I bought an I-Run treadmill last week & received quick delivery with excellent communications from all departments within Connection Fitness. Great product and excellent service. This was my first purchase from connection fitness and i would certainly use them again. Treadmill is perfect for my needs, it was in use within 10 minutes of opening the box.

Excellent product. Very pleased with it so far. Very impressed with service from Connection Fitness. Cheaper than buying it from Argos even with delivery to Ireland. Was delivered within 3-4 days from ordering (again quicker than Argos). Highly recommended. Thank you.

I ordered the irun plus, I am running the London Marathon next year and it was the only way I was going to be able to get through the winter training! The treadmill was delivered on the day requested, I had a bit of fun trying to get it out of the box on my own, but once I did I managed to easily set it up and used it straight away. It is an excellent value, really sturdy and smooth. It folds up easily and lays flat against the wall. Overall I am really happy with the treadmill, great piece of kit for the money and I am even considering cancelling my gym membership. I would also like to say what a pleasure it has been making the purchase from Connection Fitness.

Fantastic machine, great pre-set programmes although there are only 3 15/30/45 mins each has 5 different levels. Folds nicely against the wall without protruding too much, if as we do, it is left on the floor the arms/panel lay flat against the treadmill, very discreet.
Lovely machine, would recommend to anyone, hope it lasts a long time.

I really love my Reebok i-run treadmill which I ordered last Saturday (17.10.09) and arrived on Tuesday (20.10.09). It folds for easy storage and is simple to use. I expected it to be quite loud but was surprised to find that it's not at all. I was very impressed with how quickly my order was processed and pleased to receive several update emails during the course of delivery. I specified in my order that I wanted a before 9am delivery (at extra cost) and it was delivered at 8.30am. The package tracking service was also useful to have for peace of mind - I did check to see where the package was at one point and took comfort that it was on it's way. I would like to thank Connection Fitness for such great service and for selling such a quality bit product for less than Argos, Amazon and other on-line retailers!

Today i received my reebok i-run treadmill, so far so good, couldnt wait to try it out, im really pleased, it seems really solid and in no way feels inferior to the treadmills at the gym, and folded up it fits neatly behind my living room door , couldnt ask for more!

Very good machine, very quiet motor, easy to use and set up. The I-Run is an excellent piece of equipment and value for money plus we got free mats with it. This is a great machine for any fitness level. The Customer Service from Connection Fitness was excellent, I would highly recommend both machine and company!

I got the i-run to save on rising gym membership costs and it is a fantastic piece of kit, so easy to use, i've just done my first run on it and am really pleased with it, its easily stored as well which is a bonus. Also got free matting and free weights, what more could you ask for.
I ordered the i-run at 930am friday, item arrived 1030am saturday, I ordered the treadmill over the phone and the customer service i received was excellent, a fantastic company who I will definately recommend to friends and will use again. Many thanks.

fantastic treadmill what can i say, up and running in five minutes. would recomend this shop to anyone. the driver pulled down the drive as it is a wide farm drive, and gave my husband a hand with it just into the hall way. the reebok i-run is every bit as good as it says many thanks averil

Brilliant machine, comes fully assembled just take it out of the box and plug it in. Very solid construction and modern design. Very easy to manoeuvre and user friendly plus folds away in no space at all. Fantastic service from Daniel at Connection fitness. Ordered yesterday (Friday 1st May) at 9.30am deliverd today Saturday 9.30am.

i am so impressed with it, the whole thing works like a dream.... we ordered it online at 4:00pm on day and it arrived 8:00am the next day!!!! it is so easy to use, we didn't have to assemble a thing! It is easy to store and i would personally recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I have just purchased this product, after attempting to buy from ebay/argos i was let down on both occasions with no stock. I only saw this website from an advertisment on ebay and was surprised to see this treadmill at such a fantastic price. I contacted joy on the number listed on the website who happily explained delivery slots and stock availability. I made my purchase on saturday 21.02.09 my treadmill arrived 24.02.09 before noon as promised. I was kept informed of the progress of the sale until item was delivered. The treadmill is heavy so make sure you assist with delivery if you choose that option. Fantastic treadmill worth every penny & 1st class service from Connection fitness.

Just wanted to say what a first class ordering and delivery service - ordered just before lunch Friday and arrived Saturday lunchtime. Have heard so many complaints from people who have ordered similar elsewhere (esp Argos) and have ended up waiting weeks and weeks and paid extortionate delivery charges (esp for Sat delivery)

The Reebok i-Run Treadmill - unpack, plug in and off you go - couldn't be simpler! Very easy to use and a good solid product. Very impressed indeed with Connection Fitness - very helpful and friendly staff who kept me informed about delivery - would certainly buy through them again.

I bought the Reebok I-Run Treadmill about two weeks ago and I am very pleased with it. It is an absolut must have for keeping fit at home. I was also very impressed with the Connedction Fitness customer service and the delivery.

Just to echo the other reviews. Great customer service, speedy delivery, even within 'normal' time (ordered on a Thursday, had the treadmill on Monday). And a bargain, too! Very satisfied customer.

I am more than pleased with the service from connection fitness concerning purchase of the treadmill. I live in Northern Ireland and the delivery was still only a matter of days.
The treadmill is easy set up and easy to work. Love it!!

A first Class piece of kit and as per the published specificatios...just unpack it, plug it in, switch on and off you go.
Easy to operate AND NO nightmarish home assembly required.
Excellent attentive Customer Service from James at 'Connection' and delivered as and when promised by helpful delivery men who phoned to advise us of their imminent arrival.
This transaction was a pleasure, just like 'the good old days' when Quality Customer Service was Standard, it is good to see that Connection-Fitness still believe in delivering it!

this is a great product it folds away nicely unlike most of the other folding ones brilliant for people with no space like me. And the delivery was spot on next day before 10. Only down side i find is the set programs are quite limited i think they could have done more with them.

My boyfriend ordered the Reebok I-run for my birthday. He ordered it at 3:30pm and it was delivered the next morning at 8am!!! Connection Fitness were brilliant and the delivery men are really great!!! The machine itself is really easy to fold up and it very straight forward - easy to use! Also, after looking at loads of different websites for the best price with quick delivery and great customer service - i found Connection to be the best!

However I'm writing this review because of Connection Fitness. One word BRILLIANT.
Ordered this product at 3.30 one day, product delivered at 10 the next morning!!! Can't ask for more.

I ordered my Reebok I-Run Treadmill at 10 a.m on a Friday morning and it was delivered to my door withing 24 hours for a very small extra delivery cost.
The treadmill it self is very user friendly and can be operated by anybody and also comes in one complete part so no assembly is required so all you need to do is take it out of the box and plug it in, it folds away into an upright position and can easily be stored or moved around.
I am very impressed with the service from Connection Fitness and would definatly recommend them to anybody looking for fitness equipment.

Reebok i-Run Treadmill:
We purchased this machine around 3 months ago(at a higher price) and are still seeing the benefits. It is easy to use, folds up and is sturdy enough to run on. All the family use it and we are thoroughly impressed with the service and product from Connection Fitness.
