This is a great punchbag/speedbag stand. Absoloutley brilliant value for money... I bought it with the Matching Reebok Punch Bag (highly recommended), and 3 x 10KG Free Weights to give it extra support (This support is needed for heavy bags).
I would recommend this over any of the other similar products in the market as they are all virtually the same, however this is at a bargain price and has great Aftersales support i.e. connection fitness & Reebok.
One point to keep in mind is that the speedbag swivel is a fairly beginners speed, i would greese it, or purchase a faster swivel/bag if you are at a more advanced stage with a speedbag.
I highly recommend Connection Fitness for any of your fitness equipment needs, great customer service/support.
