The surface onto which you use your exercise bike is very important. It needs to grip the feet of the machine to prevent it from sliding around which can be dangerous. Reebok introduce the exercise bike mat which is specially designed to provide a good grippy surface on which to place your exercise bike. It also protects the floor underneath preventing it from becoming marked or scuffed. The thickness of the rubber matting will also reduce noise and absorb any vibrations from the exercise bike, making your training much smoother and more enjoyable. The mat can be easily rolled up and stored away when not in use.
