Having done lots of research first, I have bought about a dozen items from this company and have always found the service exemplary, lightning fast, courteous and efficient.
I would recommend Connection Fitness whole-heartedly and keep returning to use them.
This bracket is easy to assemble and solid. I have had the 4' Reebok punch bag and Amir Khan gloves with this for 3 months and despite regular use, all three are still in first class condition. The bracket has not loosened in any way (perhaps I am not punching hard enough...)and can be folded away when not required.
You will need a 10mm drill bit to put it up but this is straightforward. Quality kit all round.
