The new 5 Series Treadmill from Reebok has a range of innovative training features, such as the new Auto Motion Control System. The motion sensors built into the Reebok 5 Series Console detect specific hand movements to increase or decrease the running speed, or to even stop the treadmill. All you have to do is hover your left hand over the left sensor to increase the running speed by 0.5 mph, hover your right hand over the right sensor to decrease the speed, or hover over both sensors simultaneously to stop the treadmill.

The 2.0HP Motor provides speeds from 1 to 16km/h and the electric incline system has 12 different levels of gradient to keep your workout challenging and effective. There is also a folding system with soft drop assist to help fold away your Treadmill when it is not in use. The LED Dot Matrix console clearly displays a range of training feedback such as; Time, Distance, Speed, Calories, Incline, Pulse and User Data. There is the option of using the hand rail pulse sensors or the chest belt and wireless receiver which is also built into the Reebok 5 Series Running Machine.
