I received my cross trainer less than 24 hours after placing the order. I had previously ordered the same item from another company and had not received it after waiting for over 5 weeks. I have been so pleased with the cross trainer, I have used it every day since it arrived. It is a great level for somebody who needs to start getting fit but provides enough of a challenge for someone who wants to maintain and improve a good level of fitness. It is a very comfortable stride length. The instructions for assembly were straightforward and I had it up and in use very quickly. It looks attractive as well as being a great joy to use. Keeping fit has never been so much fun.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The service they provided, after I had been so let down by the other company, was exceptional.
