PF710 EKG Bike
The PF710 exercise bike is a good example of the design and build quality of the ProForm brand. The PF710 is a combination of innovative yet simple construction, as the bike is fitted with a 7kg flywheel and 10 digitally controlled resistance levels, giving the user a lot of choice for the level of training they wish to attempt – be it a high resistance workout – great for muscle toning and all lower body workout – or a low resistance workout - providing a fun, fast and effective cardio training session. The bike also comes with an adjustable seat and handlebars, for that maximum comfort whilst exercising. The console on the PF710 bike features a blue tinted LCD display that tracks speed, time, distance, resistance, pulse and also calories, giving the user a chance to visually track their progress through exercise. The console of the bike also has 4 preset smart resistance and time programs installed, which give the user different challenges during the workout, and also fitness goals to aim towards.

This is a well manufactured exercise bike. Easy to assemble on your own as all tools are included(cheap but functional).Very good instruction/assembly booklet for the not so mechanically minded. Every part fitted together perfectly showing that we had some quality kit here and assembly was completed very quickly.When you come to use the machine thats when you know you have bought a winner, the pedalling and mechanics are so smooth and the LCD is very clear and informative and you can select how hard you want to try. I must say that the LCD does give you that added incentive to carry on and go just that bit further.I bought this bike to help me recover from a knee operation and after only a few "rides" I can feel the benefit and also looking forward to losing some weight as exercise has not been on my list for several months. Thanks also to the Connection Fitness staff,next day delivery and your own time slot, no waiting in all day and excellent communication from Joy at Customer Service.I don't think you will find a cheaper Pro-Form PF710 EKG Bike on the net. If only life was as straightforward as this. Ordered the machine online.No sooner had I confirmed payment details and 5 day delivery than I received a phone call from a member of staff at Connection Fitness. The lady confirmed that my order had been received and I could have it delivered the following day at a time to suit me. Wow. That is service. Why don't retail outlets learn from this. This is Customer Focus at its best. The machine duly arrived yesterday morning as promised at 8.30am. Assembly was so straightforward especially with all tools for the job included. Up and pedalling in a short time. Initially bought for my wife but already I have taken a shine to it. Good piece of kit,well worth the money. Only downside if you could call it that. A water bottle wouldn't have gone amiss as a little extra, to fit in the slot. But Connection Fitness,in the words of a very famous movie star, "I'll be back". I will certainly recommend your company to friends. Once again,Thank You.
