I bought the Pro-Form 450-HR Cross Trainer a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with it.It gives me an alternative to my road running. I was very impressed with the service from Connection Fitness. They were very helpful and well organized. Fab stuff!!!!

I received my Pro Form 450 HR Cross Trainer the day after I placed my order which was fantastic and have been using it daily ever since. The cross trainer looks and feels very professional and doesn't take up as much space as you'd think. The 20 minute programmes are great and varied enough to do each day. Would definitely recommend.
