A Sturdy, Solid and Versatile Weight Training System
The Power 10 combines durability and innovative design, it is aesthetically pleasing whilst providing the qualities desired by the serious trainer. Designed for use with an Olympic kit, the Power 10 has a separate bench to allow for walk in squat capability making it extremely versatile. With the heavy duty tube frame and club style 'Akimbo' uprights with diamond striker plates and safety catches, the Power 10 is a strong and safe design and has nylon pulleys with sealed ball bearings. The high pulley with lat bar system is equipped with 900kg tensile strength aircraft cable, giving safety and durability to the bench.
The Power 10 also includes an easy curl lat bar, single handle and shiver bar, preacher pad and a leg developer with 6 oversized roller pads and pivot points to correctly align knee joints for better biomechanics.
PLEASE NOTE: The Marcy Power 10 Rack Bench requires a 7ft bar. If you would like to purchase the Power 10 with a weight set, we will automatically include a 7ft bar.
Compatibility Information
The Power 10 can be used with either standard or Olympic products. Olympic covers can be removed from the leg developer and lat tower so that it is only a 1'' diameter for use with standard plates.
