One of the defining features of this model is the large LCD screen which relays your performance feedback as your ride. Providing up to the second data on speed, distance, time, RPM, calories burnt and pulse reading measured via the hand grip pulse sensors or the telemetric ear clip (optional). The Paso has 8 preset workout programs for you to follow to keep your exercise sessions fresh and motivating.

A little bit daunting at first when you take it out of the box, but very very easy to put together, takes about 45mins for a person to do it single handed.Watch out for a few gotchas1. Some of the screws are already in place so dont go looking for them in the box (check under the sliding plastic on the main frame).2. The power socket is dead centre at the back of the unit just above the rear feet bar.Overall very good piece of kit
Just taken delivery of a Paso 307 exercise bike. Very easy to assemble, even though I am useless at things like this. Amazed at how smooth and quiet it is, delighted with my purchase, money well spent! Thanks. Jim Burns.
