I've had this Treadmill over a year now and it has been fantastic. By using it just twice a week I've lost 3 stone comfortably over the course of the year. I'm sure I could have lost it quicker but the main thing is i'm not putting it back on. Really happy with the product, service and the weight loss!

I am 87years of age,still active and I like to go for a walk in the evening,fine in the summer but not so good in the winter. I did not know if I could cope with a Treadmill,I certainly can,t jog or run so I telephoned your office for advice. I don,t know the name of the man I spoke to but he was extremely hepfulland I decided that I could cope and went ahead with the purchase from then on everything went like clockwork and the treadmill was delivered withiin three days as promised .My congratulations to to your Company and its staff

I was not sure which treadmill to buy and was given sound advice from Kevin as to this unit being right for me.He could easily have pushed me towards a more expensive treadmill which I would have bought but he was sure that as I wanted only to do gentle walking each day then this was the treadmill for me.
The delivery was smooth and the assurance I was given as to the ease of assembly was spot on.
Easy to assemble and just what I required to be able to do some exercise when the weather is poor.
I would recommend this treadmill and would urge anyone thinking of buying a treadmill to use this company......you will not be disappointed.

Fast delivery and excellent customer care. I'm very pleased with this treadmill. It's easy to use, quiet and really easy to fold up which was important to me due to lack of space. The video really helped me make up my mind but I wish I'd bought it sooner instead of dithering for ages.

A rep.rang me within an hour of my order being placed on Sat.25th Sept to arrange delivery- it arrived at 8am today- FANTASTIC service!!!
It was easy to assemble (took less than an hour)& can be folded up when not in use.
I look forwasrd to christening it tonight when I get home from work lol & will add comments later on the performance.
Based on my experience so far, I'd definitely recommend Connection Fitness to anybody looking to order any sports equipment whatsover. Keep up the great service guys!! :0)

I've had this treadmill for just over a month now and its fantastic for such a low price.
I ordered it on a Friday and had it delivered the following Wednesday, Setting it up is a breeze and only took about 20 minutes.
The build quality is excellent, even when running at maximum speed it doesn't feel like your ever gonna break the machine.
The preset programs are nice, but i personally prefer to adjust my speed and incline on the fly so stick to manual.
I can't recommend this treadmill enough, especially now as were starting to come into autumn and the weather can start to get alittle wetter and colder.
If your on the fence about which treadmill in this price range to buy, trust me, buy this one!

Fantastic product, very robust and looks great. Extremely easy to use. Service from Connection Fitness was fantastic - great communication throughout. I received the treadmill just 4 working days after ordering. Would highly recommend this treadmill, and Connection Fitness - who provided peace of mind when making an investment such as this. Ordered the Horizon T931 online and received a call regarding delivery within the hour of ordering. Time slot for delivery was sent by e-mail and call was received 30 minutes before it was delivered. 30 minutes to build and has been used every day since. Would definitely buy again from Connection First!

Received phone call within minutes of making order to agree on a delivery time. Definitely a two person job setting it up since it is fairly heavy. The tread surface wasn't central and the tread needed tightening because it was causing 'slipping', where you are suddenly propelled forward with a slight judder. Made an enquiry about this and they gave me some great advice through the online chat service. Got an engineer to ring me the following morning but by this time I figured out that the tread just needed to be fairly tight to stop the 'slipping' effect you get on some treadmill surfaces. The engineer assured me it will take a while to wear it in and gave me some information on what to do if it happens again, which wasn't already in the treadmill manual. I would definitely purchase from Connection Fitness in the future because of their brilliant service.

I order the Horizon T931 Treadmill a few days ago and it has just arrived this morning. Within what must have been minutes of ordering I received a phonecall to book in a two man delivery. The drivers were very good and I was given a timeslot yesterday, as well as getting a call about 45 minutes before they arrived today. I can't fault the service or product. Obviously I haven't had chance to use the Treadmill a great deal but from first impressions it is just what I was looking for. The incline is really good and it is comfortable to walk or jog on. It took my husband about 40 minutes to build it, which is good going for him, but apparently the instructions were very good!

Ordered at 3.40 on the Wednesday and it was delivered on the Thursday. Really helpful at Connection fitness in giving me technical information about machines. On arrival a piece was damaged. O phonong there was no problem at all and dealt with immediately and very professionally.
The machine was easy to assemble and was up and running within the hour. Compact yet perfect for the space available. The machine does "what it says on the tin". and is certainly man enough for the job. Really please and would have no hesitation in recommending the machine and company to anyone. M D Thomas

I've had my Horizon T931 for almost a week now and I am delighted with it.
I ordered online and it was delivered the next day (within 24 hours) I was very impressed.
I took me about an hour to put together and set up, which I thought was great.
I think the treadmill is relatively quiet, though I will be using it mostly for walking.
I haven't used the programmes I prefer to adjust the speed and incline myself.
The folding mechanism is excellent its so easy to lift up and it drops down on it's own using a hydraulic system.
Overall I'm really pleased with the treadmill - it looks great and a couple of my friends are seriously considering buying one as well...
The customer service from Connection Fitness was excellent. The order was dispatched within 24 hours. What more could you ask? I would definately recommend this to my friends and family and I have already done so.

This treadmill is excellent. It is very sturdy and is a pleasure to use. It is bulky and very heavy making it difficult to move around.
Connection Fitness are a great company to deal with. The item was delivered the next day with no problems at all. Would recommend to anyone.

I've had my Horizon T931 for almost a week now and it's had good use every day.
I ordered online and was able to choose the date and time of delivery - a Saturday morning. A few days later I needed to change it to before 10.30am - I called Connection Fitness and it was all arranged over the phone without any fuss.
True to word, the treadmill was delivered on Saturday morning by TNT, arrived at 10.15am. Perfect.
Took me (on my own) about an hour an a half to put together and set up. Not sure why it took even that long, think I was doing it at a leisurely pace. Probably could have done it in 30 mins if someone else had been around.
The treadmill itself is great. Feels solid and doesn't move or make any strange noises, even at my top running pace.
It has a couple of places on the console to put your drink and an iPod. Has 4 basic programmes, all based on a 20 minute workout. Free choice (with a 20 min count down), Interval, Hills and Fat burn / weight loss.
To be honest, I haven't really used the programmes, prefer to adjust the speed and incline myself (all easy, as done at touch of a button). I've downloaded some (free) treadmill training podcasts off iTunes, which I've been using - breaks any monotony and I'm sure better than any treadmill programme.
The folding mechanism is lightweight - easy to lift up and it drops down on it's own using a hydraulic system.
Only down side is that the heart rate monitor doesn't really seem to be accurate. Might just be a fault of my machine, but I'm not fussed as I use a separate heart monitor anyway.
All in all, I'm really pleased with the treadmill - it looks great (everyone who's seen it thinks it cost a whole lot more than it did), it's great value.
Great customer service from Connection Fitness. Order was processed perfectly and it turned up at the time I asked it to be delivered. What more could I have wanted?!

Connection Fitness is absolutely brilliant! I bought this treadmill on Friday afternoon and paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday morning. I thought it was too good to be true to get it that quick but there it was on my doorstep at 10am.
The treadmill is amazing, so easy to use and store away with a great variety of programs for the beginner to the more experienced. As a single parent to a 3 1/2 year old I don't have much time to get out and run so this is perfect for those days when I can't or it's wet. I've no excuse now! I managed to put it together myself in an hour and a half with a little bit of 'help' from my son.

A word or two from me about this company and, to be more precise, the staff working there. They have been a pleasure to deal with and my thanks to both Joy and Kevin for sorting out a glitch I had with the delivery.
Joy soon got back to me and I was assured that the problem would be rectified and that the treadmill would be delivered asap. It arrived at my home address within two hours! Beat that.
At last an internet company I can honestly say I have confidence in, and one that provides that all important feeling of relief when you realise that you are dealing with people that do understand the true meaning of customer service.

(Review of Horizon T930, last years equivalent model)
I bought the Horizon T930 Treadmill a month ago from Connection Fitness as a present for my girlfriend. She loves it and I 've used it a bit too. The treadmill has excellent build quality and is easy to use. I'm 6'3" and about 14 stone but it has no problems and feels perfectly safe even running at full speed.
Delivery from Connection is better than any other internet company I've used, as like most people I have to work and there is no one to sit around at home and await delivery, I was able to select when I wanted it delivered. Thanks Connection for making it so easy, as I'm sick of how hard it generally is to get something big delivered.
