Ordered the product yesterday and its just arrived (great service connection). Got to say that its a very sturdy bench considering its manufactured for home use. It came fully assembled and the quality of the bench is higher than what i expected although the finishing touches were a bit sloppy, the golds gym logo isnt embroidered like it states, it is purely printed on and mine isn't even central on the bench...also the pin system is a bit tricky but i think i'll come to grips with it. These are only minor details though and i would fully recomend this product to anyone who is after a simple, good quality, multi purpose bench.

This is a really good beginners bench, it's solid and very comfortable. The flat fold-away factor is really handy when you want to move it out of the way and make space. Its very quick and easy to adjust and is fairly light so it's not a pain to move about. Only negative is the limitations to adjusting the angles, you can only get 45 & 90 degrees (flat) and decline angles, which I guess for a beginners bench is all you need. This isn't a gym quality workout bench, its one for home so keep that in mind, thats what it was designed for. If you want a bench to begin or maintain fitness then this is ideal, a must have in my opinion!
