Ordered the product yesterday and its just arrived (great service connection). Got to say that its a very sturdy bench considering its manufactured for home use. It came fully assembled and the quality of the bench is higher than what i expected although the finishing touches were a bit sloppy, the golds gym logo isnt embroidered like it states, it is purely printed on and mine isn't even central on the bench...also the pin system is a bit tricky but i think i'll come to grips with it. These are only minor details though and i would fully recomend this product to anyone who is after a simple, good quality, multi purpose bench.

This is a really good beginners bench, it's solid and very comfortable. The flat fold-away factor is really handy when you want to move it out of the way and make space. Its very quick and easy to adjust and is fairly light so it's not a pain to move about. Only negative is the limitations to adjusting the angles, you can only get 45 & 90 degrees (flat) and decline angles, which I guess for a beginners bench is all you need. This isn't a gym quality workout bench, its one for home so keep that in mind, thats what it was designed for. If you want a bench to begin or maintain fitness then this is ideal, a must have in my opinion!

Im not much of a body builder or sports fanatic but wanted a bench suitable for some all round basic exercise consisting of a sit up bench, and the ability to kneel and lay comfortably enough to use dumbells for curls and chest presses. I cant recommend this bench enough. Its durable, feels solid and safe and even comes fully assembled. Its easy to adjust quickly from a sit up bench into a weights utility bench, and folds away nice and neat out of the way too.

I recently purchased this bench and it is real quality. Much better than any of the cheap impersonations you get. If you're looking for a good dumbell bench then this is the one for you, it's quality and comes fully assembled too!
Also the customer service is excellent and it was delivered next day. I'm really happy with my purchase!

I bought the Gold's Gym Utility Bench as I was fed up of having to
wait to use the benches at my local gym. It's just what I was looking for.
Looking online I was worried that it wouldn't be as sturdy as the benches
found in my local gym - but it was. Not only is it rock solid but the
padding is great and the bench is fully adjustable. Connection Fitness were
also superb in that I ordered it in the middle of the afternoon, and the
next day the Utility bench was delivered, fully assembled. All-in-all a
very robust, versatile, essential piece of kit for any gym.

I purchased this bench as a substitute for another on the site due to delivery problems. The company was first rate in communication and service. As for the bench, I' very pleased. It is rock solid and probably capable of more than its weight rating. It arrived fully assembled and the quality of the cushions, upholstery, and frame is superior to York products I have used in the past.
