Easy to use quick change mechanism and a real space saver. If you want a balanced barbell you will have to accept that you go up in 4kg jumps - but 2kg if this is not an issue for you. Given that the product is a lot less expensive than the "dial" type equivalents it does represent really good value. Definitely buy 2.

Quality product. Its best to buy two for a set, well worth the money. Its just like having a full set from 4 to 20 kgs, but in just two dumbells. Works out cheaper and saves quite a lot of room! They are very easy to change the weights, you just have to move the metal pin along, and thats it! Recommended!
