good set of weights, no need to spend extra on the more exspencive alternatives eg marcy 100kg.However i would advise on buying some quick release olympic spring collars.The reason been,once you put the weights on the bar and put the collar on which is provided,when tightening the collar in to place you can not tighten properly because the alankey type bit that you get with the collar to secure them in to place catches on the weights.This means there is a slight gap between the weights and collars causing movement of the weights when lifting.Excellent delivery service, i ordered my weights thursday morning and recieved my goods friday.all in all i am very happy with my stuff.
