Fitness-Mad Studio bars are made with a solid iron core that is welded in place so it will not rattle, the outer steel tube is powder coated to ensure no rust ingress. The bar is then covered with "elephant skin NBR" to offer the prefect mix of comfort, grip and importantly durability. The rubber bar ends protect the floor and are designed to prevent the bar from rolling away.

The Fitness MAD Studio Pro Weighted Bars come in 5 different sizes ranging from 3kg-7kg, and they can be used in a very similar way to dumbbells. As well as toning and creating definition in your arms, a weighted bar will also help to improve balance. Each of the Fitness MAD Studio Pro Bars are colour coded for ease of use. An ideal way to exercise at home!
