The Bikes require minimum home assembly and can often be constructed within 20 to 30 minutes. The main parts to attach are the upright frame, console, pedals, handle bars and seat. There is a very clear and informative instruction manual, as well as a technical support line in case you have any problems.

If you are looking to buy an exercise bike and have a budget of several hundred pounds then there is a lot of choice for you. However, if your budget is under 100 and you are looking for a simple but effective piece of home exercise equipment, we would certainly recommend considering a Weslo Exercise Bike. They are easy to operate, light enough to move around the home but strong enough to support users up to 18 stones / 115kg. This relatively high user weight is a good indication of the quality of the Weslo Exercise Bikes.

Both models have 8 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance and an LCD console to display training feedback such as time, distance and calorie burn.
