As one of our best selling benches, the Weider 245 has a whole host of interesting and desirable features. The Space Saver™ folding design means it can easily fold to around a third of its size in seconds.

Weider Pro Weight Benches

The next two models up in the Pro range of Benches are the Weider Pro 300 and Pro 550. These top of the range Weight Benches are both stylish and functional in Design. The Pro 300 is a solid, high quality Weider bench that incorporates the Space Saver™ folding feature, leg developer station and butter fly curl arms. It is designed for Standard Weight Plates and can also be found in some of our Weight Training Packages.

The Weider Pro 550 Olympic Weight Bench has the highest Weider build quality and a full range of functions. The Lat Tower and Curl Pad can be alternated for a varied training program, and the adjustable Barbell Holders take up to 140kg. In addition to the training features, once you are finished the Bench can quickly and easily fold away to around a third of its size.
