ProForm Exercise Bikes

The two ProForm Exercise Bikes that are for sale in 2008 at Connection Fitness are the ProForm 710 and 748 cycles. These two products are very similar in design and the main differences in features are the programs on the consoles. The 748 is the more advanced of the two and includes more preset workout programs designed by a certified personal trainer. It is also compatible with iFit® workouts that allow you to take your training to the next level by downloading different programs. This can be done by registering your product on the Icon Health and Fitness website.

Both models have a comfortable GelSoft™ seat which, along with the handlebars, is fully adjustable for maximum user comfort. The blue/red colour added to the consoles, seats and main body of the exercise bikes, brightens up the design and makes it much more attractive. The ProForm 710 Exercise Bike and ProForm 748 Exercise Bike are currently priced at below £200 and when you consider the features and functionality, they offer excellent value for money.

SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance

The patented SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance system is a featured in both of the ProForm Exercise Cycles. This system is very smooth and quiet, which lets you workout at any time of the day. The resistance levels are electronically adjustable on the console at the press of a button and provide a challenge for any fitness level.
